There's a pattern Angel wants you to see. A wheelchair ramp built to code, but too steep for anyone to push themselves up. A student with a disability placed in the classroom, counted as included, and left out of everything happening in it. An accommodation approved on paper and unworkable in real life.

She's spent more than twenty years learning to see these gaps. First raising a daughter with complex needs through systems that checked every box and still fell short, then helping the people who genuinely want to close them. Once she shows you the distance between good intentions and what actually reaches the person, you can't unsee it.
