Andrew Wilson Braxton is an award winning pianist, producer, music director, composer, and arranger. Andrew was part of the creative team for a 2023 production of The Wiz at Kenny Leon’s True Colors Theatre in Atlanta, working as Assistant Music Director and Principal Keyboardist.
Andrew has many credits as a writer and producer, with more than 3 million units sold (RIAA certified) for major label artists.
As a keyboardist, Andrew has toured with Changing Faces, Conya Doss, performed with Lelah Hathaway, Frank McComb, Anthony Hamilton, and Q Parker, and shared the stage with Peter Cetera and Aaron Hall.
Andrew received his degree in Music (Jazz Piano) from Hampton University. He completed additional studies in Choral Conducting with Roland Carter, Composition with Adolphus Hailstork, and has completed post graduate work in Audio Engineering. Andrew is an ASCAP writer and he continues to perform locally and nationally and has new music to be released in 2025.
