Overview
Hello! I am a classically trained violinist with a Bachelors of Music in violin performance. I can play in a wide range of styles, but classical music is where my heart lies.
I am currently gigging as a soloist, but I work well with others and love being part of groups, whether it be small string ensembles or adding backup to a band.
I am located in South Palm Beach County and work 9-5 on weekdays. If you were looking for a weekday event I can do anything after 6pm, unless I am informed at least 2 weeks in advance in order to arrange things with my current place of work.

Gig length: 120 - 300 minutes
What to expect
I mostly play classical music, and can switch between showy performance pieces and being the center of attention or blend into the background providing light accompaniment to an event. On top of classical I am able to arrange most pop music into a more classical softer style. And if you have certain requests just let me know the name or send me the music and I am 100% able to prepare it in an appropriate time frame. (please don't expect me to perform and entire concerto with 2 days notice, lol!)
I can stay seated or standing in one area but am also capable of walking around and playing.
About
Like I said, I hold a Bachelors degree in violin performance, I am 24 and located in South Florida, specifically the border between PBC and Broward county. My family moved here about 6 years ago, as my father's side has been living here for decades and Florida was always home to me.
I work in both education, by teaching private lessons, and sales. If that is something you are interested in as well always inquire! I can teach beginner to intermediate piano and guitar, as well as violin up to advanced levels. For violin lessons I would charge $60 for the full hour. For piano and guitar, $45 for the full hour.
If I am not playing or working I am most definitely outside. I love hiking and finding new remote spots to explore, as well as being on the water. I will absolutely die on the hill that Florida is one of the most beautiful states in America, and it's a shame so many residents don't take advantage of the astounding nature and insane variety of habitats and ecosystems we are surrounded by. I am an avid bird watcher and also love tending to my garden, and also have the sweetest pet cat and a turtle with more personality from a reptile than I've ever seen.
I'm friendly and social, I love chatting and meeting new people! I know musicians can come off as a bit standoffish but I can assure you I am the exact opposite of that!
Additional booking notes
Due to the nature of my instrument being old and delicate, I absolutely will stand firm on not performing in extreme heat in direct sunlight. I will also not perform anywhere near water or directly on a beach. Salty air and sand are not instrument friendly.
That being said, I can perform in outdoor venues if there is a shaded area provided for me! As long as I can see the venue I can determine if it's a good fit for myself and my instrument.
I do not need any sound/audio equipment as I can project within reason. If a venue is massive and loud then I would need something provided, although I am looking into getting my own system set up at some point.
