About

Shedding light on my clients’ brilliance and helping them polish it, is what I love to do. As a leadership coach, I specialize in helping leaders remove the barriers that are holding them back, both the ones they are aware of, and the ones they have yet to discover.

With over 2 decades of experience working with clients from various industries, including CFOs, Presidents, Executive Directors, Church Ministers, VPs, Entrepreneurs, I have cultivated a wealth of insights. All of these leaders have reached impressive levels of success and now find themselves wanting to dig deeper to reach their ultimate potential and to inspire and guide their teams or communities.

Armed with a competitive spirit and a degree in Physical Education, I found myself in the corporate world as a sales rep at Xerox. Within a decade, I was Director of Operations at Rogers Communications, overseeing a staff of 70 during the Wild Wild West early days of tele-communications, as one of the few female executives in the field.

When I started my own coaching practice, I discovered a crucial truth: leading with intention is a superpower. We are more than our job title or our role in an organization. We all have unique strengths, values and aspirations. I believe the best leaders are those who embrace their whole selves and lead with authenticity and vulnerability.

Prior to creating Andermatt Consulting Experience Inc., I cultivated my approach to leadership during a 15 year corporate career. My leadership philosophy shaped during this time became the cornerstone of my success: meet people where they are, and ignite them to become the leaders they are capable of. I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Physical Education degree, specializing in sports coaching, where I attended on a hockey scholarship playing for the national level UBC Women’s Ice Hockey Team. I have also participated in international paddling competitions, music festivals and coached numerous sports and teams. One of my most memorable experiences was being a volunteer coach for the dragon boat team “Abreast in a Boat” (for breast cancer survivors).

I have come to understand that leading with our whole self can present challenges and it requires attention to the intentions. Let’s work together to help you find the untapped potential within you, that you haven’t had the courage, the focus, or the time to bring forward.
