Virtuoso musicians Bill Protzmann (keyboard/synthesizer) and Diáne Mandle (Tibetan bowls/planetary gong) team up to offer a sacred journey through a blissful tapestry of east/west sound that weaves through the divine masculine, feminine, child, the elements of nature, and the cosmos. Some have said Ananadamaya is a sonic experience of fireworks for the soul; some find it a courageous melding of the ancient and modern; all have been moved by the music to deepen and come to ground in a new way.

December 8, 2022Wasn't sure quite what to expect. The Anandamaya performance by the Prism group was beautiful, very calming and meditative. At the same time it was energizing. Absorbing all the different sounds and music elements stimulated my senses and imagination. Look forward to hearing/seeing/feeling and supporting more of these unusual performances.

Healing and powerful ancient instruments mix with sound effects, poetry and beautiful piano melodies, taking the audience on an individual and collective journey. Lying on our backs under the sky we watched the clouds, listened to the birds and opened our hearts to the universe.

PRISM is the name of the performance ensemble founded in 2021 by Bill Protzmann and Diáne Mandle.
Bill and Diáne have impressive experience.
Bill is a lifelong performing and recording artist and the creator of Music Care, a novel, award-winning process of using the power of music for self-care.
Diáne is an internationally-known recording artist with Sounds True, owner of the Tibetan Bowl School and author of an award winning book on Tibetan bowls, Ancient sounds for a New Age. Each has a rich history of concert performance and keynote presentations and together they aim to light up the world.
Anandamaya is Bill and Diáne’s first gift to the world in the form of musical radiance, an experience they call harmonic alignment.
We provide all musical and audio equipment, and can perform without onsite electricity (we bring our own batteries). Soft lighting is helpful in indoor environments. Provided the stage area is level, and approximately 10x20 feet in size, we are good to go.
