Overview
Piano & violin duo performing a variety of instrumental music which we primarily describe as Celtic-Classical-New Age fusion. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, private parties...any setting where music can provide a classy backdrop or set a relaxed atmosphere. We also offer acoustic guitar and flute instrumentation. Aside from Ananda Duo, we are both singers.
We have an extensive repertoire of Wedding, Christmas, and Celtic music, as well as instrumental covers of popular music. We have released two albums of original instrumentals which you can hear on our website at (link hidden).
We will be happy to discuss the music for your event and do our best to fill special requests.

What to expect
We are professional, punctual, and easy to work with. We prefer an acoustic piano, but are equipped with an electric piano we can bring. We have a small PA for amplification and are self-contained. Our requirements are few and our time to set up and tear down is minimal.

Pianist PJ Brunson and violinist Laurie Neal weave intricate, haunting melodies together in artful arrangements that will soothe your spirit and move your soul. The inspiring and gorgeous compositions, presented by two very personable performers, are ultimately unforgettable… as they will play in your mind long after the listening ends.

Influences and inspiration
Classical, Celtic, and New Age influences form our sound. Laurie is a classical violinist and flutist, and PJ is a New Age pianist and acoustic guitarist.
From Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Vivaldi to Yanni, Loreena McKennitt, Jim Brickman and George Winston...all were influential. But most of the duo's music is original and fluid, tapping into the spiritual ethos of timeless melodies.
We are versatile musicians, always looking for new music and new settings in which to share our music. We will work with you to tailor the music for your special event.
Setup requirements
We can provide a Casio Privia electric piano and two small PAs suitable for most small venues.
