I am a cake decorator and professional baker, with over 10 years experience working in the food industry. Three of those I spent as the head Pastry Chef of a premier bakery and wedding cake shop in Colorado Springs, where my passion and skill in cake decorating grew. From weddings and baby showers, to first birthdays and quincineras, I love working with my customers to create a design that is unique to their event and reflects their own individuality.
