Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Vendor is professional and timely. Very open and candid about their services, easy to communicate with.
The actual performance was a super hit. We had Sarah perform in front of 100+ students at an elementary school STEM night and all we could hear were sounds of happy kids cheering, laughing, and clapping.
Would strongly recommend working with Amy's crew again.

SaraLynn was a hit at our event! Punctual and professional, she arrived on time and quickly set up. Her face painting skills were impressive, offering a variety of creative designs that delighted the kids. She also showed incredible skill with balloon twisting, making intricate shapes and characters that kept the children entertained. Both activities were a great success. Highly recommend SaraLynn for anyone looking to add some fun and color to their kids' parties!

What to expect
We understand that planning events of any size can be stressful. We strive to make working with us a pleasure by operating our business with integrity and doing our best to respond promptly to your needs.
We strive to build trusting, ongoing relationships with our clients, and appreciate when they refer us to their friends and family.
We have a fantastic team of artists and entertainers that owner Amy Luck personally vets for quality. We do not compromise! If we cannot provide an artist that meets our standards, we would rather pass on the booking than disappoint our client.
We use the best materials available, and you can be assured that your work will be of high quality, as well. We will arrived prepared to do the work, to keep your job as worry-free as possible on our end!
Everything that we apply to the skin is cosmetic grade or natural, and designed to be safe. If someone has sensitive skin or allergies, we will be happy to perform a patch-test for them early in the event. We also understand that not everyone wants to be painted or participate in other body art activities. For these reasons, we only paint on people who are willing and happy, with healthy skin free from infection or open wounds of any kind in the area to be decorated. We use high-quality organic specialty cleansers, designed for the skin, for our brushes and sponges to resist transfer of bacteria and germs, as well.
In case of illness or injury of your artist, we will do everything in our power to book another of equal quality to fill in (we try to have someone on stand-by whenever possible). If we cannot for any reason, you will be refunded 100% of your payment for the event or party, including (but not limited to) your deposit.

Owner Amy Luck is a Service Disabled United States Air Force Veteran with over 20 years of combined experience in event services, from behind-the-scenes event production to 10 years as a professional face and body painter and talent agent. She has a commitment to integrity, and a desire to provide you with the best services available to meet your needs.

Final pricing quoted is ALL INCLUSIVE, provided there is free parking available for your artist within 3 blocks of your event when they arrive.

GENERAL PRICING:
* Minimum 2 hour booking.
* Pricing varies by location and artist.
* Depending on the number of guests and length of your booking, many of our artists can provide more than one service while at your event.

Questions to consider when hiring an event entertainer:
1) What date and time are you wanting to hire your professional for?
2) What exactly are you wanting the professional to provide? (Detailed black-and-white airbrush tattoos that are longer lasting and look almost real? A maternity belly painting for your maternity photography session? Glitter tattoos? Magic? Balloon twisting or decor? Natural henna?)
3) Do you need the art work to last? How long?
4) How many people do you need the artist to work on?
5) Will the event be indoors, or outdoors?
6) Are you able to provide your artist/entertainer with a table, chairs, and shelter from the elements?
7) What is the theme of your event? (if any)
8) Will there be water activities at your event, such as swimming or a water slide? Will your guests be in a hot environment, or exerting themselves into a sweat?
9) Do you have any special requests of your entertainer?
10) Do you have shelter available for your artists at outdoor events? (We can assist you with finding places to rent as needed.)
12) Are you able to provide the basic furniture your artist may need to provide services? (We can assist you with finding places to rent as needed.)
13) Do you have the space and chairs needed to set up the audience for your magician's stage show?

Additional booking notes
Please ensure that the location your artist will be set up in is a comfortable temperature, sheltered from the elements and has enough room for a line to form without interfering with the other activities that are happening at your event.
Having a volunteer to manage the line is important at larger events. Please note that your entertainer needs to focus on creating art work, and cannot watch children or manage the line while doing so. Having a volunteer is also important if you wish to have tickets taken or goodies passed out at your entertainer's station, so he or she can focus on painting each child efficiently and moving the line as quickly as possible while still ensuring quality work and enjoyable interactions.
Please station your artist or entertainer away from loud music or speakers, so they can hear your guest's requests. It isn't an enjoyable experience for anyone if they have to shout to be heard, and hours of prolonged lout audio can damage your performer's hearing.
Please ensure there is adequate shelter for your performer. Trees do not make good shelter for performers who cannot continually move to take advantage of shade. Also, bird poop and tree debris getting into the cosmetic products can cause bacteria and germs to spread. An indoor location, permanent picnic shelter, or 10x10' pop up tent are examples of good quality shelter for your artists.
Setup requirements
For face and body art: One table (4x2' or larger), 2 chairs, access to fresh water and a restroom of reasonable cleanliness, adequate lighting to accomplish the work, and shelter from wind, rain, sun and extreme conditions such as lightening.

Stage magic: A sheltered, comfortable area for your magician and guests (protected from the elements), enough chairs for your guests, set up facing the "stage" area. For large groups, an actual stage is recommended, so that your guests can see.
