Amy: perfect choice for our 50th anniversary celebration

We had the pleasure of having comedian Amy Barnes perform at our 50th anniversary celebration. She was truly one of the highlights of the evening. Her quick thinking and natural charm kept the atmosphere upbeat and joyful. Her observations “Now that’s a marriage” were sharp and affectionate, celebrating the quirks and compromises that make relationships last.

We were also impressed with how skillfully she handled a few audience interruptions. At one point, an enthusiastic guest chimed in, and Amy responded with a quick playful wit that had everyone laughing, including the interrupter.

Amy is professional and easy to work with. A perfect choice for a family friendly event. Highly recommended!

No yeast at store during Covid

She is great❣️💜 She was so good.. I love how she involved the audience in her funny bits… mostly because this night I was one of the audience she included in her show.
She was talking about Covid & how toilet paper was sold out at stores.. she got to talking of yeast & got to say .. how now what are people using yeast for ..?.. I yelled out .. “Indian Frybread “ she says Indian frybread..?
I said.. “ Native American Indian Frybread”
She then asked what’s your name..?
I kinda shrugged my shoulders..😁
She said what your name ..?
I said “ Sonya “ 😆 She said.. ok Sonya ..”what size yeast is it you buy..? “
I showed her with my hands .. 😆. “Rather big brick size..” she says.. awe.. Sonya’s the reason there’s no yeast in stores” 😆🤣
Now by this time I’m sitting next to pastor Mel a really good friend.. his wife Cynthia asked me to go to show.
Mel snaked my arm & said “stop it”
Another time Nel smacked my arm said..” quit it” at end of she.. 3 people in audience she said..” Sonya will have frybread recipe after show” 😲😆🤣
She said if 2 others from that night she talked & included in her show .. 😁😆🤣
She was very good❣️
I totally would recommend her for your church .. She has all clean fun jokes that has everyone laughing so hard & once again I was clapping & laughing so hard.. it got me smacked in arm by Mel a couple 3-4 times that night.. But all in all I have to say.. You all need to book her for your church.. she was so beyond great.. she had funny jokes about Tacoma.. I just love her to pieces❣️

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Amy has provided the entertainment for our Annual Women's December event for the past two years. Each times she provided an engaging performance that kept the ladies in tears. We don't typically get a way with bringing back the same artist, but our event sold out the 2nd year in anticipation of her return.
