Overview
AMERICAN CANDY, headed by creator and executive producer Hollie Harper, is a musical comedy show that caters to the educated, adult, multi-cultural crowd. Their song set is bawdy, sometimes political, edgy and hilariously relevant to folks that are grown up and seen a little life. Our set runs the gamut of musical genre with a heavy leaning to R&B. They recently were featured at BAM Cafe in Brooklyn New York, with a standing room only audience. BAM Cafe choosing AMERICAN CANDY over other bands is significant because hey were the first musical comedy show there in 6 years. They are a definite crowd-pleaser in this Age of Post-Racial Entertainment.
