- Initial consultation call with monthly 30-minute meetings within one year of event. Within one month of event, we will schedule weekly 30 minute discussions.
- I will do your vendor research, manage vendor bookings, manage and track your expenses within a pre-determined budget, and craft your run of show.

Day-Of Coordination:
- Initial consultation call with one 30-minute meeting to discuss your run of show and specific needs you would like me to accomplish on event day.

Hi, I’m Alyssa! With 10 years of professional event planning experience and a degree from Monmouth University, I specialize in both full-service planning and day-of coordination. I’ve had the privilege of planning a wide range of events, including galas, golf outings, award ceremonies, team-building activities, and holiday celebrations.

Two of my favorite events to plan were my own wedding and my daughter’s first birthday — it was so much fun to bring my professional expertise into my personal life! In my free time, you’ll find me relaxing on the beach, practicing yoga, or spending time with family and friends.
