I am a very enthusiastic person but can sometimes seem like I am not paying attention due to ADHD. When I am zoned in I am very consistent in sight reading and soloing when practiced. I love people and treat people equally and fairly.
I started playing saxophone in the 5th grade and admired my father Warren C. Raybon Sr. He never forced me to play and encouraged me based upon my interest. After pursuing it in High School at the Northwest School of The Arts in Charlotte, NC, I attended NCCU with a degree in Jazz Studies for 1 1/2 years and participated in the top Jazz Band in the program on Baritone Saxophone. Afterwards I left and am now at UNC Greensboro obtaining a degree in Religous Studies. My focuses on saxophone now are mainly jazz fusion, r&b, gospel, along with contemporary christian music. I primarily play in the church setting but am willing and have much experience playing outside of church.
