Hi there! I'm Alyssa Solorio but I go by Ally! I'm 18, live in Old Town Orange in Orange County! I've been singing since I was 5. I took acting/singing classes from age 8-12, have been in 13 musicals, I attended Orange County School of the Arts, starred in 2 of Orange High Schools musicals, sang at the House of Blues on Sunset Strip in Hollywood 9/14/14 and I'm booked to sing at the House of Blues Downtown Disney on 10/12/14. I've sang at 5 weddings. In high school, I was always asked to sing the national anthem for all of our sporting events and other festivities, I was in Chamber Singers (elite choir) and was awarded Vocal Music female vocalist for 2013 and 2014. I sing for any occasion!!

Okay, I am going to start by saying that I book, manage, and attend shows for a living. It takes a lot to impress me. Alyssa Solorio is absolutely amazing. What blows my mind is that she is only 18. She sings like someone who has decades of experience on their belt. I am proud to be working with her, and humbled to know that we will be working with her more in the future. Keep rocking, buddy!

Sure, there are a lot of talented singers out there but Ally literally sings through your soul. Her voice radiates the whole room and when you are completely locked into her performing... you feel the pure talent and heart coming out of that little body of hers. I just watched her perform at the House of Blues, Downtown Disney in Anaheim, and needless to say she was amazing. She covered numerous well-known Artists and delivered a great performance. Her voice is unique, rich and strong, and she shines on stage with confidence. Witnessing her perform would not only impress you, but will leave you wanting more.

My wife and I had the pleasure of seeing Ally at the House of Blues in Downtown Disney. Ally brings a harmonious blend soft and power house notes to showcase her range which is quite diverse. She has the ability to emotionally connect to the core of the songs she selects which makes it that much more palpable for the audience. I would highly recommend her for any type of venue!

I attended an amazing rendition of The Wizard of Oz at Orange High School where Ally was cast as Dorothy. What an awesome show! Not only was Ally's voice flawless, breathtaking and inspiring, her passion completely flooded the stage. There was so much energy bouncing off those theater walls! Her love for singing filled the room and made the performance such a joy to watch.

When Ally started to sing, I knew the day I got married, I wanted her to sing at my wedding, and I wanted her to sing Etta James "At Last" - well, I married my best friend and soul mate 2 years ago and Ally sang that song at our wedding... She made that day so special, I will never forget walking up to my husband over that bridge we stood on with Ally's "At Last" floating in the air... It was a perfect day thanks to her, and we will never forget it!

About
I'm 20 years old but have more experience than your average 20 year old. I've sang in multiple weddings, House of Blues Hollywood 8/14/14 and House of Blues Downtown Disney 10/12/14. I'm very easy to work with and make time for. I was very busy in high school (being Varsity Cheer Captain, Associated Student Body Vice President and the only three year Chamber Singer (elite choir group)) I know how to prioritize, organize events and be where I need to be. I love working closely with the venue I perform at, the couple of a wedding, so I have a good feeling of what songs they want to hear, which songs can be fun for everyone or the perfect song for when he/she walks down the aisle. I was in a band called Red, Red Woods for a year or so but sadly we fell out but that opened new doors for me as a solo artist. I'm new to being hands on with scheduling my own gigs, handling pre-sale tickets but thankfully, I'm well supported by friends and family who love to watch me sing so if you need me to bring in a crowd, that will be no problem at all. I have many videos of me singing at JROTC graduations at Orange High School as well as Orange High Schools basketball and football games.
I dabble in piano and love learning new songs so if you have a song suggestion, I can easily try learning it on the piano to add to the show! I sing mostly in the style of Adele and Alicia Keys. I have a raspy, jazzy and loud (when necessary) voice. I've been singing at my church for the past 4-5 years now and I'm currently recording tracks as well if you need samples.
I provide my own music as well as transportation so all you have to do is give me a quick text or call and I will be there.
I'm currently a student and working my family's business but when it comes to music, I take my profession seriously and get down to work. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and I hope you find what you're looking for!!

Performed at The Mint in L.A, the Observatory in Costa Mesa and House of Blues Sunset Blvd and House of Blues Downtown Disney. Being that they're both big venues, we love making the crowd feel apart of the music and really expressing emotions through it all.
