OCTONAUTS Above and Beyond was the theme of my daughter's 4th birthday party and that's exactly what Jazz brought to the event. The party was hosted in my private residence so I was only expecting a few balloon clusters in the entry and on the stairs. I never imagined the transformation Jazz made to my home. I really appreciate her hard work, her attention to detail and her creative imagination. Jazz is my go to balloon event designer!

I wanted to go all-out for a throwback Disney Channel themed party for my 30th birthday, and Jazz definitely delivered 👏🏼 As soon as I told her the theme for the party, she was genuinely so excited to brainstorm ideas with me to help me bring my vision to life! I loved her enthusiasm for the theme and appreciated her passion for what she does. She is so talented and creative with her balloon decor. She really transformed my home for the theme (complete with 2 large photo backdrops, a Disney Channel poster wall, life-size cardboard cutouts of Disney Channel characters, and beautiful balloon decor) that all my friends were FLOORED as soon as they walked in! She was diligent with making sure all of the decor was completed on time for the party, that she even came to my home the night before to set up - from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM! When setting up, Jazz periodically confirmed with me if everything was to my liking. There was one wall in my home where I wanted more Disney Channel posters to fill up the space, so Jazz had more posters printed the very next morning so she could fulfill my request well before the party start time. Her dedication and hard work is very impressive. I recommend Jazz if you're looking for someone who is excited to add something special to your event!

Words can’t even describe the devastation I experienced after this decorator did not show up for my baby shower. I did find her on this digital marketplace, but she also let me know an option to text and different payment options. I thought that was great, because communication would be even quicker and I wanted to get my decorations checked off my to do list. Plus she offered a different payment plan. That should have been the first red flag for me. So I got her booked, we discussed what I wanted and she had an instagram showing her work for a similar theme. I was so excited. I paid her up front, which was also a mistake on my part. She asked for completion of payment the day of event. However, I also wanted to get as much as I could out the way. She said final payment would need to be through Zelle. I sent it and didn’t think to check anything. The week before my event I checked to see if she had address for venue. She said yes and reiterated the final payment was due day of. That was fine but I told her I paid full amount. Showed her receipts from my bank. She said no that the information I sent it to was correct but she didn’t see it at all. Another huge red flag. I said fine I would give her cash the day of. At this point I had suspicions of her not coming that day, but I kept hope alive. She still communicated throughout week and even asked for an earlier start time the day before. I got confirmation almost 2 hr before event that she could get there a bit early. Less than 10 minutes before she was supposed to be at venue, she canceled. There I was 6 months pregnant crying in the parking lot and having my husband, friends and family who were also helping me set up, see me break down. A decorator who does this to anyone is unacceptable of course, but I couldn’t believe that she would create extreme stress for a pregnant woman. She said it was just a personal issue on her side and would refund money and offer a free event. This is going to be my ONLY baby shower!! A once in a lifetime event for me. Do I want her to ruin any other once in a lifetime milestones for me?? NO!!!! I don’t want the free event and I wish she would never get any customers ever again. Also since she supposedly only got half of the money that is what she was going to refund. I told her send the money asap. What I wanted to say was send me back my money NEOWWW!! Maybe she would have understood the urgency. She said Thursday the latest….what?! Needless to say still no refund. If you do book this lady, book her through site only, gig salad protects you if she doesn’t show up.
