What to expect

I offer a range of services to fit exactly what you are looking for as well as your budget. I specialize in social celebrations including milestone birthdays, anniversaries, kids parties, baby & bridal showers, religious celebrations & more. Below is a breakdown of my services.

FULL EVENT COORDINATION: From theme conception and decoration, to catering and entertainment - I plan it all. I will be there from day one of planning to create your ideal event. No detail is overlooked.

DAY OF COORDINATION: This service is primarily for weddings but can be suitable for any large-scale event. You've done the planning, but now you need someone to help setup and execute that day. That's where I come in. Sit back and enjoy the event while I ensure everything goes smoothly from setup to tear down.

DECOR & EVENT STYLING: You're planning the event but you need a little help on the theme and decor side of things? We work with you to design the space to fit the style, theme and occasion. We think about the flow of the event and know what elements will really wow your guests. We will be on-site to setup and take down all decor elements as well.

PARTY IN A BOX: This is our signature product. You will receive a box of themed party decorations and supplies delivered to your door and it will be up to you to set up the items for your party. These are perfect for kids party decorations. I send a party planning manual with each box giving tips on how to style the items as well as themed food & activity suggestions. We have a range of pre-made themes and also offer completely custom boxes to fit your theme.

Hi there!

I'm Melanie from All Wrapped Up Events. I am a Hamilton based event planner and decorator who specializes in eco-friendly social celebrations. Events create a lot of garbage but there are ways to keep the waste to a minimum through planning strategies, decor rentals & more.

I offer full event planning as well as month-of wedding coordination. In order to eliminate the need for single use party decorations, I have created a number of themed party decor rentals predominantly for kids parties that can get used again and again!

I love bringing themes and parties to life using decorations, food & entertainment. Creating an unforgettable experience for you & your guests is my top priority and I do this by creating optimal event flow, timeline coordination & onsite management.

I also help organizations with fundraisers and community events, helping them keep the events as green as possible. I have a fundraising background from working at The National Ballet of Canada & (link hidden)e's Health Centre.

I'm a huge DIYer, from holiday & party decor to home furnishings, I love to get my hands dirty. When I'm not working you'll find me on a patio or exploring the great outdoors. I love to travel and have a goal to visit all 47 Canadian National Parks in my life. I'm at 7 so I have a ways to go yet.
