Overview
I’m an acoustic singer-songwriter who can offer original music as well as a wide range of covers, particularly in the realm of rock and folk. I’m here for the love of it and more than happy to tailor my sets to the needs of your event! My biggest personal influences are the Grateful Dead and Jack Johnson. I can accompany my vocals with guitar or keys, and can also bring in a full-size rock band, a fiddler, horns and woodwind musicians, or anything in between.

Alice Luke is a wonderful and accomplished entertainer who brings light, love and the gift of song to your door when invited.
A confident, soft-spoken professional, Alice is disarming in her style, with beautiful adaptations of many of our favorite selections of music, as well as performing many beautiful original creations of her own.
My friends and family thoroughly enjoyed Alice. She played background music when appropriate and switched to being the focus of the room after the group had their fill of appetizers, food, drink and conversation. (That took a while, considering that industry people are good at that).
Alice Luke and her music put the level of polish and class to our party that I wanted and was achieved by her presence. Thank you so much for helping make my wife’s party a true success. We will call upon you again.

What to expect
My default setup is solo with my vocals and guitar, but I am happy to pull from my community of talented instrumentalists and come up with an arrangement that suits your event.
In terms of music, style and song choice can be driven by the needs of the event. If there is no specific direction, I typically cover music along the vein of these artists: Grateful Dead, Jack Johnson, Mt Joy, Tracy Chapman, Taylor Swift, Bob Dylan, Boy George, Tom Petty, Steppenwolf, Rayland Baxter, and more. My original music is similar to these artists (folk, rock, acoustic).

I handle all audio when I play solo. Guitar and vocals are amplified, and powered by my portable power station. No outlet needed.
