Alan Leeds, a motivational and leadership speaker, began his career as a psychologist in New York before transitioning to the corporate world. At 29, he founded a consulting and training company in California.
With 20 years of business experience, Alan shifted to software development and motivational speaking. He is now the founder and president of Y-Change, Inc., a software company specializing in strategy deployment.
Alan has consulted Fortune 500 companies like Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, and Texas Instruments, using these experiences to shape keynote presentations and workshops focusing on purpose, styles of success and gratitude for national conferences and businesses across California.
