Al Reilly's Catalyst

Catalyst is a band that tries to engage the audience and Frontman Al Reilly will utilize his cordless microphone when he can to get the crowd singing and dancing by interacting with them at appropriate times all night long. They bring a high energy rock show that will get your patrons out of their seats and on to the dance floor. Complete with humour and interactive banter they strive to keep everyone entertained from start to finish and leave them wanting more.

All band members have been playing in different bands since the /80's. Al Reilly, the founder of the band and Frontman was also the promoter at Spankys, Hot Rocks and Entex during that time as well as performing with a few different bands so he has a strong background on what it takes to get an audience engaged.

Kerry Kalli is a strong versatile guitarist with amazing lead solos and great stage presence that will leave you thinking you are listening to the actual artists who performed the tunes. He is also a much sought after guitar teacher in Toronto.

Frankie the Enforcer is the solid backbone beat that holds the songs together night after night and is also a member of Canada's best Tribute to Pink Floyd called Floyd Factor. Frank also provides some incredible vocals to Catalyst.

Bassist Chris Hume, also plays with Floyd Factor and has been Al's Right Hand Man since Catalyst was formed back in 2008. Chris is another great singer as well so we can get 3 and 4 part harmonies going. Chris and Frank provide that Meat And Potatoes backbeat that is essential to any Rock Band allowing Kerry and Al to do what they do best.

If it is a smaller venue/event we can provide a small PA system and minimal lighting but at larger shows PA and Lights Must Be Provided. We will also need to know if our PA & Lights are needed at time of booking for the smaller shows
