Nikko Montecillo, is an international aerialist and movement artist! Nikkos’ body of work has traveled the world— canvassing each stage like poetry in the sky. Her philosophy is much like free falling from the apparatus; presently aware of the mind while the body flows.

In high school, Nikko attended The School of the Arts in Rochester, NY—training in Martha Graham, Fosse Jazz and Garth Fagan. Followed by Dance Education studies at the University of Georgia
Here she became versed in Laban, Skinner, Limon and Buthoh techniques.
After University of Georgia she began fusing the world of theatre with silks and inversions later collaborating As Movement Advisor for Fish and Bicycles Theatre and Collective Works theatre Co.
Nikko was one of forty students admitted to the school for New Dance Development in Amsterdam for their Choreography Intensive Pro gram. It was after her Amsterdam studies, Nikko's work found new depth
In 2016, Nikko became a certified aerial instructor, receiving her credentials from the Aerial Revolution Studios located in San Diego.
Artistically one of her most fulfilling opportunities in her career was her residency inThailand; performing at one of Bangkok's largest entertainment venues! Her nightly show was acclaimed as a fascinating performance as she thrilled the audience with her dynamic silk, hammock and hoop combinations!
