Aidan’s story was featured in 2023 on CBS 58 Milwaukee Sunday Morning, in 2024 on WGN-TV Spotlight Chicago, and most recently in 2025 on ABC World News Now and Good Morning America First Look.
In 2023, Aidan appeared as the featured Woodsongs Kid for “Banjo Night” on Woodsongs Old Time Radio Hour, and as a featured performer on Season 2 of the new Woodsongs Kids Series - both are filmed/broadcast from the historic Lyric Theatre in Lexington, KY. The show is broadcast on over 500 radio stations worldwide, via live webcast, on-line streaming, video/audio podcast, on PBS airing in 90 million households, the RFD network, and on the American Forces Radio Network.
Aidan is a member of Tomorrow’s Bluegrass Stars, and was selected to perform at the 2023 IBMA World of Bluegrass Festival in Raleigh, NC as part of Kids on Bluegrass. Aidan also appeared in 2024, at MerleFest in Wilkesboro, NC as an Acoustic Kids Ambassador, and performed his debut single "Farmer" live on the Dance Stage and Log Cabin Stage. Most recently, Aidan was selected to open for and perform with the Grammy Award Winning, Steep Canyon Rangers, at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie, IL.
Aidan's debut single “Farmer” was officially released in May of 2024, and is available on all streaming platforms. Written by Ricky Dunn, and produced, arranged, and performed by Aidan Muse, “Farmer” addresses an issue very close to Aidan’s heart - supporting the hardworking farmer. Growing up in America’s Dairyland, Aidan took an interest in animals and agriculture at a young age. Incredibly active in, and outspoken about his 4-H involvement, Aidan aspires to have his own farm someday. In the meantime, he hopes this song will inspire anyone who hears it, to say “thank you” to the men and women in agriculture that work so hard to provide for all of us!
In addition to playing banjo, Aidan loves reading, art and creative writing. Two of his original pieces were published in the 2023 Southern Lakes Anthology – including his “One-in-a-Million” composition, written about the experience of first meeting his banjo teacher and mentor, Gary “Biscuit” Davis.
Aidan also loves the outdoors and is incredibly passionate about 4H. He is an active 4H member, and enjoys participating in the fishing project, working with and showing horses in the Horseless Horse Project, and raising and showing his chickens for the Small Animal Project.
