Hello my name is Albert Ahlf, my music and band manifests in several formats all depending on what is preferred for each event.

Solo: As a highly experienced professional pianist and singer, I can:

-Play cocktail hour piano,
-Piano bar entertainment with vocals which includes hit songs from all decades and multiple styles
-And even just solo piano and or piano/vocal music of varied styles for listening or dancing

Duo/Trio: This format usually entails myself on keyboards and vocals, along with a drummer/bassist and a trumpet or saxophone.

Trio: Keyboards/bass/vocals, Trumpet/Saxophone, and Drums
Quintet: Keyboard/vocals, Bass, Drums, Trumpet, Saxophone
Full Band: Keyboard/Vocals, Bass, Drums, Trumpet, Saxophone, Trombone, 3 female vocalists (harmony vocals)

OR a new fun format we have also started doing which is worth considering is just piano and female 3 part harmony vocals. This is budget friendly and perfect for intimate spaces and events.

My swing band plays 20s 30s and 40s style swing jazz music and traditional pop/R +B. We consist of 3 horns, 3 vocals, keyboards (with left handed bass), and drums. We have a big sound and model ourselves after the big band swing tradition pioneered by Louis Armstrong, Benny Goodman, and groups such as the Andrews Sisters. My swing band can vary in size depending on needs and budget. We can do the following formats:
Ms swing band specializes in Swing music, NOLA styled Jazz, Traditional Pop Music, and Classic R+B from the 20s-50s. We can riff and jive and make your event fun and lively with good wholesome classic music guaranteed to make you jump out of your seat.

We provide our own equipment and are technically self sufficient. All we ask is for reasonably placed electrical outlets near the space in which we will be performing.
