What to Expect
Aether Motion is committed to helping independent artists, developers, and businesses tell their stories through film. Videography services are limited to the Carolinas, but editing is available to worldwide customers. Let us bring your vision to life with curated and thoughtful services.
When a client comes to me, I offer a free consultation in person or over the phone. We'll discuss all aspects of your needs and vision, and I'll propose a plan for how I can help.
Then the fun begins! We will work with you to bring your project to life, keeping you in the loop every step of the way. And we will not quit until you are completely satisfied with the results.
With film, you can tell someone's entire life story without saying a word. Light and sound can often express ideas far more profoundly than language can. Uncovering those perfect moments of visual storytelling is why I do what I do. And I would be honored to search for those moments in your story. Visit me at (link hidden) for more info.
Michelle Iannantuono is a lot of things - Charleston native, writer, ex-NASA intern, and undoubtedly that guerilla kid at the party holding a camera. Over the past 12 years, she has grown proficient in Sony's Vegas and Movie Studio suites, and Adobe's Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.
She was the 1st prize winner in Trident Tech's QUEST Filmmaking category in 2008, the creator of the web series Zodiac for College of Charleston's Cougar TV, and the founder of Indie MoCap - a motion capture resource for indie artists and developers. As Director of Photography and Editor for Aether Motion, Michelle would love to donate her broad range of skill to bring your vision to life!

Influences & Inspiration
Cinematically, I take inspiration from the art direction and storytelling of Cecil B. Demille, Christopher Nolan (and his DP, Wally Pfister), and Luc Besson. Musically, my tastes range from the industrial rock of Nine Inch Nails, to the Mojave synth pop of The Killers, to the quiet folk music of Bear's Den.
Overall, most of my work ends up with an "epic" feel to it. I love filming and editing unique subjects with fun flair, or serious subjects with glam elegance.
