Influences and inspiration
Cinematically, I take inspiration from the art direction and storytelling of Cecil B. Demille, Christopher Nolan (and his DP, Wally Pfister), and Luc Besson. Musically, my tastes range from the industrial rock of Nine Inch Nails, to the Mojave synth pop of The Killers, to the quiet folk music of Bear's Den.
Overall, most of my work ends up with an "epic" feel to it. I love filming and editing unique subjects with fun flair, or serious subjects with glam elegance.
