I have experience performing dance (ballet, contemporary, modern, tap, and jazz), aerial silks, lyra, sling, trapeze (static, duo, dance), partner acro, and poi! I currently perform independently and with Kansas City Dance Collective and Circus Scorpius. I also have modeling experience and am signed with Exposure. I am a very adaptable performer and will always cater to what you envision for your event! I can offer many services such as dance, poi, partner acro, aerial work (silks, sling, lyra, trapeze), and character work. My performance quality can be fluid and beautiful. I have been part of many different performance opportunities and have played many different roles and movement qualities. With Circus Scorpius, I once created a silks solo with an umbrella as my prop in Umbrella Enchanted. With Kansas City Dance Collective, I once played the Greek goddess, Nike, in one of our spring shows and have also played a circus clown in one of our fall shows. Outside of working with companies, I've also been part of independent artist projects, such as Beyond Broken Glass, with choreographer, Suzanne Ryan Strati in which I danced to testimonies of Holocaust survivors recalling what the night of Kristallnacht was like for them. I am always open to all events and opportunities and creating works or shows that cater to what you want as a client! I hope to work together!
Hello! I am a professional aerialist and dancer, currently located in the Kansas City, MO area. I have been dancing since I was young and began my aerial training in 2015 at the studio of Aerial Dance Chicago. I am originally from the Chicago area and my family is still in that area as well!
I have a BFA in Dance from the University of Iowa, 200-Hr Yoga Teaching Certification, NASM Personal Training Certification, Barre Certification, and Aerial Physique Teaching Certification.
Aerial apparatuses I have experience training and performing on include silks, sling/hammock, lyra, dance trapeze, static trapeze, duo trapeze, and wall dancing/vertical dance. Dance techniques I have experience training and performing in include ballet (including pointe), modern, contemporary, jazz, tap, and lyrical. Alongside my dance and aerial work, I have experience with ambient performance, acting, and tumbling.
I have performed with Circus Scorpius, Quixotic, KC Contemporary Dance, Suzanne Ryan Strati (projects), and Katarina Fitzpatrick (Making Moves project).
