Adventure Pony Rides

Birthday parties off site begin at $175 for one pony for an hour. Several sized ponies available. Additional ponies are $120 per hour. Driving fees charged for beyond the local Sandpoint area. Ranch parties also available.
Wonderful ponies, small through large, take children of all ages up and down hills, over logs, across small wooden bridges, on forest trails and through wetlands with gorgeous views. Watch for deer and wildlife! In addition to mounting and dismounting, riders learn to hold the reins, steer, stop a horse, and duck under branches.
A one hour Adventure Ride is $75 for either 1 or 2 children. Extra time $25 per child. A minimum half hour Adventure Ride for $40 for very young children Al (ask for details). Pony rides are hand walked or led; no circle rides. Helmets are provided with sizes for toddlers through adult. We open in springtime until October. Bring a water bottle, closed toed shoes, and a camera…be prepared for lots of smiles! By appointment only.

FOR PARTIES AND SPECIAL EVENTS:

WE COME TO YOU!! We bring ponies to birthday parties, family days, or holiday parties. Parties may be one hour or longer with one to four horses. Our hand walked ponies can visit your backyard, school, church, festival, business or local park.

YOU COME TO US!! Now offering on-site parties.
We also offer Adventure Rides for all ages. Hand led ponies or horses give you a real trail ride experience for non-experienced riders. Interactive Animal experience also available including goat, pig, chickens, bunny, cockatiel and some crazy retrieving dogs.

HORSE CAMPING is now offered to those who already own horses.

Instruction is given for interested children during Adventure Rides. Supported rides are also available for first time teen/adult riders and those who want to get back in the saddle! Formal English and Western lessons for all ages are available at the same price.

Our interactive animal experience is available with or without a pony ride. Feed, hold and play with a pig, goat, chickens, bunny, cockatiel, dogs and occasionally our cats show up.

Make a day of it in July & August by picking Shingle Mill Blueberries and playing in the Pack River. The country Pack River General Store is nearby for lunch, beverages, snacks, wonderful salads and prepared dinners to go.
