We are sorry that you were disappointed with our service. However, some of the concerns raised appear to be based on a misunderstanding.
You were advised that the face painter could complete approximately 20–25 faces per hour. Over a 3-hour event, this equates to approximately 60–75 faces. Completing 225 faces in 3 hours would be impossible for any face painter, regardless of skill level.
Artist placement is determined by the event organizer. As outlined in our agreement, clients provide the table and chairs and select the location. Had there been concerns about the setup, the artist could have been relocated at any time upon request.
Likewise, artists are responsible for serving guests, not managing crowd flow or line direction. Event staff or organizers may direct guests as needed if lines become congested.
Regarding balloons, the artist created wearable wrist balloons because traditional balloon designs often pop when they come into contact with grass or pavement. The artist also brought a selection of pre-made balloon creations to serve as many guests as possible during the event.
Additionally, both artists remained beyond their scheduled end time without additional compensation in an effort to accommodate more guests and reduce disappointment.
While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, your feedback has highlighted the importance of setting clearer expectations regarding guest capacity and event logistics. We appreciate the opportunity to learn from this experience.
