Hello, Mary. I'm sorry that you feel that you had a bad experience with our company customer service. You stated that you tried to change your event date through gig salad two weeks prior to the gig, and gig salad had no regulations of this. We contacted them personally. You then stated that you tried to reach out to us. And all we asked for was some type of documentation and proof. As you could not provide .
After we asked for any type of proof multiple times. Just not sure why you would feel to give us a one star. We did everything on our end. Our company wishes you the best luck in the future.

September 28, 2025Our movies night was amazing due to them! They had everything thought out from a rear projection to keep kids from bumping the table, to playing music and annoucnements ahead of time -- It was wonderful!!

July 6, 2025We used them for our daughter’s 1st birthday party (110 guests). They were already set up and music was playing before we arrived. They had a great variety of music and were helpful making announcements for food and getting everyone seated, etc. We had about an hour of games and they were very fun and engaging with the crowd. My family loved the music and engagement from the DJs and kept mentioning it to us during the event.
