Adita provides key notes, lunch and learn, stretch and learn, and a variety of other formats. Her topics include stress management, exercise and nutrition, disease prevention, and holistic health. Employee health is more important than ever. We initially utilized Adita Langs services for Lunch and Learn programs a few years ago. We now work with her on a monthly basis and have incorporated her Stretch and Learn, fitness, and cooking classes. She is knowledgeable, yet she uses humor and real life suggestions to make each presentation fun and engaging. Our employees are excited about our wellness program and appreciate everything she has to offer.

My Team LOVED Adita's presentation on 'Lowering Stress and Increasing Creativity'. Her presentation style is entertaining, energetic, and humorous at times. We hired Adita to teach us about weight loss and nutrition, this 2 hour presentation was more than we ever imagined. Her explanations and stories created a wonderful buzz among the audience. We are still talking about the things we learned and she left us all encouraged to make changes and to stick to the plan. I can't thank her enough for all of her passion, she is an incredible speaker.

She started out as a fitness instructor over 30 years ago, training other fitness professional in various modalities world-wide. She recognized that individuals were struggling to change their bodies and health, and formulated her 4 Pillars of Health – exercise and movement, food and nutrition, sleep and relaxation, and happiness - as a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Her ferocious appetite to coach individuals and groups to better health has driven her to speak at various Fortune 500 companies, schools, and private organizations on the benefits of quality foods, longevity, and amazing health.

I am easy to work with. If we are in-person, good mic and a few lights is all I need, but sometimes a projector can be helpful as well.
For virtual presentations, I work with Teams, Zoom, and several of the other platforms, and I provide a hardwired internet, mic, lights, and a whole lot of fun.

I am inspired by so many in the health and wellness arena. Dr. Mark Hyman, Paul Chek, Dr. Mark Slavin, Deepak Chopra, just to name a few. My goal is to teach and learn everything I can about food, exercise, and its union to provide overall health and wellbeing.
