MC:
When you hire me, you'll get a very detail-oriented, organized and engaged host who cares about the happiness of you, your guests and presenters/performers at your event. I want people to want to come back to you! On top of that, I want to have fun, and I'm going to bring everyone along for the ride! Be aware: I'll ask lots of questions about your event and your process to make sure I can give you the best and smoothest experience possible on the back end AND the front end! I'll get to know your performers or presenters to make sure everyone is introduced as they would like, and I'll joke around with the audience to keep everyone loose and smiling. If you'd prefer more of a somber tone, just let me know! But I do have a "sparkly" personality, so if you want tears that are not from laughing, I wouldn't be the MC for you. As they say, joy and laughter are the best medicine, and I'm here to administer!

IMPROV WORKSHOP:
Be prepared to be shocked by hidden gifts and potential you discover within yourself, and to laugh your butt off while you do it! My workshops are real workouts: for the brain AND the laughing muscles! My motto is: "If you think you can't, you can." I will push you, it might be scary, but at the end, you'll look back and be so proud! The most common thing I hear my students say is "I never thought I could have ever said/done that, but I DID!" You'll take this newfound out-of-the-box thinking into your daily life and be shocked at what else it opens up for you! Another student told me he was just taking my class to have quality time with his son, but by week 2, he was already much looser at work, had so much less social anxiety, and was even joking with people, which he had never done before! Not at work, anyway!
These workshops are excellent for parties for teens and adults, workplace team building, as well as just trying something new, different and challenging with friends! The difference between me and an escape room, though, is that if you truly commit, you'll leave different than you came. In the best way possible, of course!

Adanna Kenlow is a comedic actress and writer in Los Angeles. You may have seen her pop up in ads, commercials, or random spots on streaming networks like on Dave and Ghosts in the Hood (Hulu), or Different Eye (Prime/Tubi). While her most notable roles come from the theater such as Vera in "By The Way, Meet Vera Stark" and Belinda Blair in "Noises Off", she continues to pursue and embrace the opportunity to spread joy by singing, dancing, acting or telling jokes, preferably at the same time, in every medium.

MC:
If the audience is over 12 people, please have a good quality sound system with at least one microphone. Stage area must be available, even if it is an empty space. Stage area should be at least 5'x5'. Surrounding space must be able to fit audience AND performers comfortably. Please contact me with any questions about spacing or specifics.

IMPROV WORKSHOP:
Workshops take place in open space or room. Furniture can be present, but the useable space must be large enough for all participants to stand in a circle comfortably with arms spread out. For example, for a group of 5-8, the play space must be around 15'x20'. Please contact me with any questions about spacing.
