I am the Regional Manager for the Anytime Fitness locations in the Southern Ohio area. This journey through life is not just about weight loss, working out, and feeling better. It is about being the best version of you that you can. I have 11 different certifications in the fitness field and am a NASM Master Trainer along with the 2016 Anytime Fitness Personal Trainer of the Year.
