What to expect

Mr. Armstrong's approach to videography and photography services mirrors his advance-team work from his private security days. It's all about planning, planning, and planning. Plan multiple times - shoot once. Mr. Armstrong's style is run-and-gun, so he specializes in stretching light, portable equipment to the limits in order to pair outstanding results with a high degree of flexibility. While he can rapidly adapt to changing conditions, expect a high degree of advance discussion and planning for your shoot along with sufficient time to understand your delivery requirements. This allows the shoot to be performed with post-production and delivery in mind in order to produce astounding results at a lower-than-expected price point.

About

Mr. Armstrong is a former bodyguard (Texas Level IV PPO), and current volunteer for the Carrollton, TX Police Department, Denton Police Academy, and the US Forest Service. He performs Search and Rescue services as a private contractor with a specialty in night operations and wilderness SAR. He is an FAA-licensed drone pilot and has been involved in videography since the late 1990's. He originally specialized in video production for low-bandwidth delivery (CD, internet streaming). He now provides aerial videography and color grading services to a varied clientele.

Additional booking notes

FAA approved for night drone operations. Can provide edited/graded drone footage, optimized for web delivery or in 4K ProRes 444 XQ master. Can also match color grade to stills or videos you provide. Prefer bake-and-blade/EDL as input for ungraded video.
