What to expect

Hi! I’m Bryan. I’m a multi-faceted and creative musician who loves to entertain people, often playing songs that will prompt people to stop and say: “Great song. I haven’t heard that one in a long time!” My setlist could be described as multi-era country & classic rock with some blues sprinkled in.

I sing and play guitar and also play basic keyboards. My performances are interactive and spontaneous-you could call it improvisational banter. You may hear about the history of a particular band or song, you may even see an impromptu interview with an audience member. I work to entertain, engage and involve people. I’ve been described as authentic and genuine. When I interact with people it’s because I enjoy encouraging their enjoyment of both my performance and their presence in the venue that we are in.

I’ve also been described as a team player. I understand that when I set up to play at a location, we are partnered in mutual success, whether it be a bar/restaurant, festival, private party, non-profit or wedding. I’m there to make it enjoyable for the people in attendance, knowing that the way for me to succeed is for you to succeed.

About

I've played solo acoustic as time allows for the last 10 years. Much of it was around southern Wisconsin and more recently around Tomah, WI.
I've also been in a few small town bands around southern Wisconsin as a lead vocalist, guitar player and part time keyboard player.
I haven't won any awards, but what I have done is provide enjoyable experiences for people where ever I've played. I hope that I do for you too!

Additional booking notes

Being a solo performer, I don't need a lot of infrastructure for my setup and I'm pretty self-sufficient. Two(2) 20 amp circuits would be great, and the safest bet, however I've gotten by with one circuit plenty of times. The key would be proximity to the stage/performance area. The closer, the better!

Influences and inspiration

I've been inspired by a lot of musicians, some well known, others known in the music industry but not household names.
The ones closest to me: my musical mentors:
*Molly Rocklind
*Bradly Fish
*Rock WIlliams
*Greg Gerard

The famous ones:
*REO Speedwagon
*The Allman Brothers Band
*Brooks & Dunn
*The Eagles
*Eric Clapton
*Albert King
*BB King
*Bonnie Raitt
*Johnny Rivers
*Dwight Yokum

Setup requirements

Other than power, all I need is a performance area and a shelter if the situation calls for it.
