March 19, 2025We called on Daryl on a Saturday morning after our booked act had to cancel due to weather. He stepped in enthusiastically, arrived on time, and delivered a professional, crowd pleasing performance. What sets Daryl apart is that he doesn’t just play the usual acoustic tunes you hear at bars and restaurants, his setlist is full of "popular deep cuts" done exceptionally well! Humble, professional, and highly entertaining, he was a hit with our audience. We look forward to having him back often! And his American Mojo Tom Petty Tribute set? That was just the icing on the cake!

DW Maihori has been playing professionally for 45 years. He is currently the guitarist for American Mojo (Tom Petty Tribute Band), Rev Commander and of course Acoustic Echoes solo guitar and vocals.
A California native, his experience includes recording artist, studio and touring musician and also in Television and Music Video production. He also has worked as a Concert Promoter and Public Relations Director. He has worked with bands like Def Leppard, Cheap Trick, Foghat, George Jones, Aaron Tipton, The Wilkinson, The New Monkees and many more artists through the years. He remains passionate about his music and performances and it shows through his dedication to his music endeavors.
