Accord

Hailing from the vibrant city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Accords existence began in 1994. And today, Accord remains a true example of brotherhood and family of cousins, consisting of Jamal Todd, Lydell Baynard, Rayshawn Davidson, Gary Dawkins, Adrian Chambers, and Aaron Chambers.

Accord has had the distinct honor of performing its heartfelt rendition of the Black National Anthem, "Lift Every Voice and Sing," at the iconic Fillmore Philadelphia during the inauguration celebration of Mayor Cherelle Parker. Additional performances include the historic Curtis Atrium and, most recently, the Suzanne Roberts Theatre at the Philadelphia Theatre Company, where Accord was featured during the 2026 Miss U.S. International Preliminary Pageant.

Individually, members of Accord have had the privilege of sharing the stage with renowned artists including Maurette Brown Clark, Byron Cage, and Philadelphia's own Jermaine Dolly.

Drawing inspiration from gospel, contemporary Christian, R&B, and legendary vocal groups such as Take 6, Naturally 7, Boyz II Men, and The Gaither Vocal Band, Accord continues to blend technical excellence with heartfelt storytelling, creating performances that resonate with audiences across generations.

With every performance and recording, Accord remains dedicated to excellence, inspiring listeners through faith, family, harmony, and the enduring power of music.
