For event-day management, we require reasonable access to the venue before guests arrive, a designated venue contact, an approved event timeline, and contact information for participating vendors.
Event spaces must provide step-free access to areas where on-site coordination is required.
Any audiovisual equipment, decorations, furniture arrangements, physical setup, or breakdown must be provided and handled by the venue or appropriate contracted vendors. A Tyme 2 Remember coordinates and oversees these services but does not perform physical setup, decorating, or breakdown.
