Balloon Installations (Arches, Garlands, Columns)
• Setup window: 1–3 hours depending on size and complexity
• Space required: Clear setup area prior to arrival
• Ceiling height: Please confirm height restrictions for indoor installs
• Outdoor installs: Must be in shaded or covered areas when possible (weather, heat, and wind impact balloons)
• Electricity: Not required unless lighting add-ons are requested
• Anchoring: We provide weighted bases; wall attachment requires prior approval
• Client access: Early access to venue required for proper installation
• Strike/teardown: Available upon request (additional fee may apply)
For grab-and-go garlands, client pickup vehicle must have adequate space (SUV recommended).

• Balloons are latex and may naturally oxidize, shrink, or pop due to temperature, sunlight, or handling
• Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions (heat, wind, rain)
• We are not responsible for damage caused by venue staff, guests, or extreme weather
• Once installation is complete and approved on-site, maintenance is not included unless pre-arranged

• Indoor or covered outdoor space preferred
• Arrival time typically 5-15 minutes prior to start time
