I appreciate your feedback and would like to address the concerns mentioned in your review.
As per our agreement, I provided the drone footage for your event. The 47-second video delivered key moments, though I understand it did not meet your specific expectations for aerial views and coverage of attendees and the building. The focus of our agreement was to capture the ribbon-cutting moment, and the coordination at the event impacted the extent of coverage.
To clarify for others reading this, I arrived early as agreed to set up and prepare the drone. There was a lack of detailed discussion on the altitude or scope of the drone coverage, which has led to some misunderstandings. Additionally, the presence of Ms. Cassana and her guests in the footage was beyond my control, given the coordination challenges during the event.
It’s important to note that I strive to provide high-quality services and regret that the footage did not fulfill Ms. Cassana’s expectations. We even discussed over the phone that she expressed an interest in using my services again in the future, yet the review left was a one-star rating, which seems contradictory.
While Ms. Cassana was not satisfied with this particular project, it is worth mentioning that 99% of my other clients have been very happy with my work. I am committed to delivering professional and satisfactory services to all my clients.

What to expect
When you hire me. You can expect, great and fast service. My turnarounds are normally, 2-3 depending on the project. Sometimes the same day. I generally bring lighting and audio equipment. For every shoot I attend. And I also provide a blu ray or digital copy. At 1080p for every video.
