I've had the privilege of attending several of Frank Ortiz's motivational events. He is one of those "sit on the edge of your chair" as you listen type of speakers. He keeps the subject moving so that your attention stays on his message through out. I notice that the way he words things makes the concepts especially easily understood, concepts that I've found complicated in the past. His stories are enlightening and add that important personal touch. But best of all, I love that I ALWAYS feel better when I leave his event than when I got there!

I always enjoy listening to him speak and I attend as many of his presentations as my schedule will allow. I work in sales and having a good coach and motivational role model is very important to me. I would say Frank is as good as Anthony Robbins, Ziz Ziggler and Napoleon Hill.

The 2nd seminar we'll talk about today is "A Shot at HAPPINESS!" seminar. It is not only our most popular seminar but is also the name of our organization. During his entire career of over 40 years, Frank Ortiz has been motivating and inspiring many people and organizations such as: Sales Force Teams in the automotive, cosmetic, distribution and direct sales fields, just to name a few, to perform at their best while creating a positive and successful environment for each individual and the company/business they work for..
He is an expert in the areas of Business Strategies, Leadership Skills, Coaching & Mentoring, Managing a High Performance Workplace, Team Building, Goal Setting, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Supervisory Skills, and Presentation Skills due to his extensive experience in ALL those areas.
At age 16 years old, he began his career as a bike builder for a major automotive chain. He gradually moved up in the ranks, from sales clerk, to assistant manager, and on up, all the way to Regional Manager and was responsible for 52 stores, which included over 750 employees. His success with this company proved to be a benefit to another company. It was not long, that an “up and coming” major automotive chain entered the West Coast region and personally recruited Frank. He was made Vice President and was in charge of the entire West Coast division, which included over 1300 employees. With his drive, ambition and determination, Frank’s division became #1 for the entire United States.
The company later sold which allowed Frank to follow his entrepreneurial business desires. For some time he had been dreaming about starting his own business with a unique and exciting concept which was to sell automotive accessories in a major shopping mall. His vision was to attract the female shopper who normally would not have shopped at an automotive store.
This concept was phenomenal and the response was astounding! It spurred an outbreak of copy cat stores, catching the eye of Ford Motor Company who decided to open up their own store modeled after Frank’s stores in the San Diego market. Frank opened 14 retail stores throughout Southern California which were all located in major shopping malls where sales rose to over $7 million.
Along with his many successes, he has also gone through his own personal challenges and has still found happiness and success through it all. He has taught and mentored many individuals and up to this very day he still receives calls, emails, Facebook messages, etc. about what a tremendous impact he has been in both their personal and professional life. They are incredibly grateful for what he was able to do for their lives and careers. His experience of 30+ years in the large corporate sector along with 13+ years of owning and operating his own business gives him the knowledge and experience to comprehend all aspects of the business world.

Frank carries a small system that includes a microphone and 2 speakers (24 in.) that are self contained with the ability for him to be heard and to play music through them (during intermission & breaks) for groups of 100 or less. Anything larger than 100, the booking facility would need to provide their own equipment and refreshments.
