You've highlighted an issue we've been actively working to address. Our K-Pop Demon Hunter characters are brand new. We've discovered that photo opportunities are taking significantly longer since all the guests are meeting these characters for the first time.

As the driver for Rumi that day, I can confirm she stayed 25 minutes past her scheduled end time to ensure every guest had their desired photos & 1-on-1 moments. She also mentioned that while she was able to teach a couple of dance moves, the activity shifted when the children eagerly wanted to show her their own demon hunter skills on the trampoline—something our performers are trained to embrace in order to follow the birthday child's energy and interests in the moment.

That said, the responsibility here lies entirely with the admin, not with Rumi. We should have communicated more clearly with her that a full dance performance was the priority for your party. That's on us, & I'm truly sorry we missed the mark.

We've already made changes based on feedback like yours:
- We're now designating a stricter photo time at the end of K-Pop Demon Hunter visits to maximize entertainment time while still giving every child that special moment.
- We're recommending longer visit durations for parties with larger guest counts.
