A Dab of Magic Entertainment

Let me tell you something about Ally from A Dab of Magic—this woman didn’t just paint faces at our event. She painted JOY. She painted CONFIDENCE. She painted the kind of magic that keeps kids beaming for hours and parents wondering if it’s socially acceptable to get a glittery unicorn on their forehead too (the answer is yes, always yes).

With over 500 humans in attendance at our egg hunt (and at least 300 of them under the age of 10 and mildly feral), Ally held her ground like the magical mural warrior she is. She brought her bright yellow case of dreams, busted out a rainbow of colors, and got to work with the calm confidence of someone who’s been through at least three toddler meltdowns before breakfast.

But here’s what REALLY makes Ally stand out: she shows up every time for the neurodivergent community. She meets kids where they are, with patience, flexibility, and genuine kindness. Loud kids, shy kids, stimming kids, kids who only want a tiny dot of paint on their elbow—Ally sees them all, honors their needs, and makes them feel like total rockstars. We see you, Ally. And we are so, so grateful for you.
