Alot of people dont know this but event insurance is very affordable for small events. They are also available from many local carriers such as Allstate and Progressive.
A basic insurance policy that covers theft usually costs anywhere between $100 and $500, depending on the amount of coverage you want. General liability insurance, which covers up to $1,000,000 for accidents, costs around $185. Your homeowners policy will not protect you against claims while entertaining.
