Based on what I have seen in the canyons of Moab and the spires of the Front Range on Colorado, I would highly recommend her as a performer, rigger or consultant for outdoor adventures.

February 20, 2013I have seen Emily perform at several competitions and events. She is one of the best female slackliners I have seen and has a beautiful style on the line. She is a patient teacher and taught me many of the tricks I know on the slackline. Her beautiful performances and graceful, creative style helped me fall in love with slacklining. I would highly recommend her for any event, especially any event that wanted to do something a little out of the ordinary, or wanted to teach beginners how to slackline.

Experience the art of balance with Slackline Dynamics. "Slacklining" is a spin off of tight rope walking, the difference being in the material used. Instead of a taught rope or wire slacklining is performed on a dynamic piece of webbing. This makes it much more portable and the bounce allows for a variety of tricks to be performed. The line can be set up low to the ground, over water or up high depending on your needs. We can also cater to your event by changing up the costumes, lighting and music. Emily Sukiennik specializes in an art called slacklining: the act of balancing on a piece of nylon webbing stretched between two anchor points. You may have seen people doing this in the park between trees and it's actually quite similar to tight rope walking, the main difference is the material used. In slacklining the material is dynamic and stretchy making it a different art entirely. The dynamic nature of the line allows for a very portable set-up, ease of rigging, and the ability to perform dynamic tricks!
Emily discovered the sport in 2009 and fell in love immediately. She thrive on the challenge, the focus required and the feeling of conquering what initially feels impossible. For the past four years she has dedicated her life to the sport, particularly focusing on the art of Highlining. Having been very successful in pushing her limits in competitions, conquering personal records, promoting the sport and inspiring others it's time for her to take it to the next level. My slackline or highline set-up varies depending on the location of the event. I provide most of the gear necessary unless anchors need to be installed. Proper lighting is necessary for the performance.
