What to Expect

A beautifully presented Santa (and Mrs. Claus when booked) Clean, professional, and thoughtfully groomed. Arriving as close to your scheduled time as possible

Santa travels between many visits each day. If sleigh traffic, road closures, or holiday surprises arise, you’ll receive updates by phone, text, or your GigSalad message page.

Please stay attentive to messages in the 15–30 minutes before arrival. This is often the final moment of communication before Santa makes his entrance.

Arrival & Timing

Santa aims to arrive 15 minutes early, waiting quietly in his sleigh before entering with jingling bells and holiday cheer.

A nearby parking spot is greatly appreciated. Please keep children inside until Santa makes his entrance.
Tuck pets safely away before he arrives.

The Setting

Santa needs a small, clear space—about 4’ × 4’— where he can sit, place his toy bag, and welcome guests.

Children may sit nearby on chairs or the floor. The magic works best when Santa’s space is calm and open.

The Chair Matters

Please provide one sturdy, solid chair—wood or metal preferred. It must safely support Santa and children together (about 500 lbs).

For comfort, safety, and beautiful photos:
Please avoid couches, recliners, loveseats, rocking chairs, folding chairs, or plastic lawn chairs.

A good chair keeps Santa comfortable, children secure, and photos looking timeless and natural.

The Experience

Each visit is guided by connection, not a script. Santa may read, sing, visit, or create simple holiday moments— always warm, interactive, and heartfelt.

Parents are encouraged to join the joy.
Santa believes in encouragement, kindness, and reflection—never shaming, always uplifting.

Photos & Portraits

One or two children may sit on Santa’s lap for portraits. Larger families are welcome to gather beside or in front of him.

For safety and insurance reasons,
Santa cannot hold infants under 2 years old.

Pets

Please secure pets before Santa arrives.
They can be trip hazards and may damage Santa’s specialty suit.

For everyone’s safety—and to protect the next family’s visit/Santa’s suit— pets may not sit on Santa’s lap but may snuggle next to him.

Reservations & Travel

Rates are based on location and travel distance. Events outside Santa’s primary service area may include a travel fee.

Maximum same-day driving distance is 1.5 hours. Longer distances require an overnight hotel stay, arranged in advance.

Seasonal reservations are final.
Rescheduling is welcome if availability allows.

Santa arrives at the address provided.
Please double-check:

Street type (Street, Ave, Rd, Ct)
North, South, East, or West. House numbers and visible address markings. A small typo can create a big delay.

Gratitude

Gratuities are never expected.
If Santa made your holiday extra special,
a discreet envelope on his exit is appreciated.

Many Santas use these gifts to support community giving and street services.
If you wish your gift to be used this way,
simply write “Street Services” on the envelope.

🎄Some of our performers may have special needs such as fewer stairs or no stairs at all, need for ample lighting while reading gift tags, need for a sturdy chair, cold bottled water and restroom. Please be considerate when meeting your performer ahead of time. It's a good idea to call them directly before the day of your event to discuss ideas you may want to go over and to double-check arrival times and length of stay.

NEED TO CANCEL?
We understand, it happens. You will not lose any money if you cancel by telephone, email or in the reservation app 14 days prior to your event start date/time. Events canceled less than 14 days prior to event start date/time will lose the total price of the event. Christmas Eve & Christmas Day reservations are not-refundable once paid. All sales are final. Rescheduled dates/times are solely at the discretion of management. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or entity when we have prior bookings or other planned obligations. If Santa is more than 1 hour late due to unforeseen circumstances, his management will contact the buyer to negotiate a partial or full refund based on mutual agreement.
