Overview

In the last five years, I've gone from a down and out single mom living on a $10 a day budget to a six-figure income and a career on the Food Network. It's all thanks to a life-changing recipe taught to me by world-renown chef Gordon Ramsay. I'd love the opportunity to share it with you and your colleagues.

As a private caterer, Monti can undertake any dietary challenge and still provide dishes for your guests that are both playful and delicious. She has often combined a speaking gig with her catering skills, creating menus for events like The Century 21 Holiday Ball in Seattle and the NAHREP National Convention at the JW Marriott LA Live.

Monti Carlo is a Chef, TV/Radio/Event Host, and Speaker. She is currently the host of Food Network’s Help My Yelp and judges on some of the network’s most popular shows including Next Food Network Star, Cooks VS Cons and Chopped Junior.

In 2012, Monti took herself from a down and out single mom on a $10 a day budget to a six-figure income when she placed Top 5 on Gordon Ramsay’s MasterChef. She shares her inspiring story at corporate events and colleges nationwide.

Monti has hosted multiple food-centric events like Cookie Con in Los Angeles and The Foodist Awards in Phoenix. Monti caters private parties also and conducts cooking demos across the country. She lives in Los Angeles with her 8-year-old son Danger and spends her free time hunting down the perfect slice of chocolate cake.
