Talented musician! Awesome!
Keiko was wonderful, talented and delightful. Exactly what we wanted for our corporate reception. Thank you so much!
Keyboard and any necessary associated equipment.
Just some great jazz piano music is all we need.
Kyle was great!
There were 11 of us gathered for a bachelor party at a whiskey bar in New Orleans, and we hired Kyle to come and play some jazz piano while we were there. The groom is a big Bill Evans fan so we asked Kyle if he could play some Bill Evans songs for us, and he accommodated our request. Kyle is very talented and his piano playing was the perfect accompaniment to our bachelor party. We all enjoyed his music while we visited with friends that had traveled in from all over the country. Kyle was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Making the arrangements through Gig Salad was straightforward and Kyle answered all of my questions. The whiskey bar did not have a piano, so Kyle brought his keyboard and had it all set up by the time we arrived. If you want a musician for an event to play some high quality jazz and R&B piano music, I highly recommend Kyle. You won’t be disappointed!
Jazz pianists can add elegance, flair, and fun to any cocktail hour, formal party, wedding, or any other special occasion. They can play jazz music as background to your event or as a center-stage performance playing all the jazz standards. While they often play solo, you can also hire a jazz pianist to accompany a jazz ensemble or singer.
There are a few things you should consider when hiring a jazz pianist. First, make sure that your venue can provide or you have a way of providing a grand piano or upright piano because jazz pianists will very rarely be able to bring their own. They may be able to bring a keyboard, so if that is okay with you, it shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure to work it out in advance. As you begin searching, listen to audio and watch video samples. You want to be sure you are satisfied with the sound and look of the performer before you book him/her. Next, get references and read reviews. Talk to people in the area who have seen the performer and/or have booked them in the past. Feedback is the best way to ensure you book what you want. Last, always get a contract. Read the contract carefully and work out any details in regards to deposit requirements, length of performance, scheduled breaks, attire, travel, and lodging. Watch for specifications made by the performer and be sure you can meet them. Search for Jazz Pianists in New Orleans, Louisiana above.
