Celtic and French Canadian folk music are key, since this is a celebration of Woonsocket's ethnic origins...unless we can also get Polish, German, Asian, Spanish...As you can see Woonsocket is incredibly riinch cultural diversity!
The event starts at 5:30 pm and goes to around 9:30 pm. We have been requested to engage several different types of cultural music alternated with liturgical music as well. I would think that an hour or two of entertainment for each group would be sufficient, and set up and breakdown should be able to be accomplished in a timely manner to allow for the next group. We are working with 2 or 3 stages.
Beautiful job, very talented, gracious and lovely woman. Calm, friendly and understanding of unforeseen circumstances. Looking forward to another opportunity to have her play! Thank you Mary! :)
