I'm honestly not sure of the dimensions but it can definitely fit a band.
I'm sure I do but not a specific list yet
The event starts at 5:30 and ends at 8:30 but staff while be onsite all day so the band can arrive for setup at any time is convenient for them since they know how long it takes. They can begin breaking down at 8:30 or whenever the event ends if it's before that.

Hello, My name is Kacie Phillips and I'm the Community Outreach Coordinator for a nonprofit called C.A.S.A. of San Bernardino that recruits people to volunteer and mentors and advocates for kids living in the foster care system. Each year we hold a Fundraiser called Munchin' at the Mansion where local vendors offer up a tasting of their best foods and beverages. This year our theme is Great Gatsby/1920s and I'm interested in finding a band that fits that style and has the ability to act as an Emcee during the event. Most of the evening people are drinking and eating so the Emcee role isn't too taxing, it's more about helping with the silent auction, raffles, and introducing a few speakers. If you could get back to me with a quote I would really appreciate it! Thanks, Kacie
