One of Las Vegas's reggae OG's Najja Dread best known as the front man of his band
Najja Dread & Lion Pride, most recently as a member of the
Reggae and Soul group Aslan Sol. 56 HopeRoad, have been slotted as headliners at the City of Las Vegas Caribbean Heritage Festival 2 yrs running as well they were the openers at Reggae In The Desert 2025. This 2 hr show is called an experience and not a tribute
Because it takes the audience on a trip throughout the entire Marley diaspora.
Where tributes never dare to tread
The 1st hr. of the show is dedicated to the music of all the fringes of Bob Marley
The Wailers Band , his original band mates Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer The I Threes
(Bob’s back up singers) Rita Marley, Judy Mowatt and Marcia Griffiths .
As well as the Marley children Ziggy Marley and The Melody Makers, Stephen Marley, Julian Marley,
Damien Marley Kymani Marley
All international stars in their own right
The 2nd hour will spotlight the Tuff Gong himself and his vast catalog, including the most well known
hits and introduce show goers to some gems they may not be aware of. Certain shows will highlight
select albums in sequence and in their entirety
The goal is to have the audience leave with a renewed appreciation for the musical genius and
influence of Robert Nesta Marley
