We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Santa provided by 4 States Entertainment! What truly set him apart was his incredibly thoughtful and personalized service. We had a new baby at the party. Santa presented her with a special golden 'First Christmas' coin. This gesture was so touching and made the day truly unforgettable. Beyond this unique detail, Santa was punctual, warm, and professional, and his interaction with all guests was fantastic. He brought genuine magic to our event. Highly, highly recommend!

What to expect
Please have a parking spot available for Santa. It should be nearby but not in view of the guests. If in a home, please obtain permission for Santa to park on the street a couple of houses away.
Santa will need a sturdy chair without arms. A straight-backed dining chair will work fine. Leave a bit of room behind the chair for family photos if possible.
Make sure that your cameras are charged and ready to go. Try to avoid “backlit” background areas for your pictures such as a window (during the day) or a plain white wall. these backgrounds will cause your camera or cell phone to give poor results. A Christmas Tree makes for a pretty background.
If you have gifts to be passed out be sure that they have labels that are easy to read. Santa REALLY appreciates a helper that can call out the names! All of the gifts should be able to fit into Santa’s Bag, about the size of a 32 gallon trash bag and easily carried by Santa. If there are more presents than bag, Santa may be able to provide an additional bag for a helper to carry.
Make sure that all of your guests have arrived before Santa makes his entrance. Santa will contact you 5-10 minutes prior to his arrival.
Santa quit smoking his pipe many years ago and would prefer to not be around smoke as it makes his suit smell and Mrs. Claus does not appreciate the smell.
If payment is due please place it inside of a Christmas card or a “Letter to Santa” and hand it to Santa at the end of his visit stating “This is something that we would like you to have.”
For Large Family, Business Parties and Special Events:
Santa’s helper should check the children’s hands and faces for sticky or messy areas. Have some wipes to help with this task.
For Large Events, The Kansas City Claus Exclusive Smart Santa is available (Extra Charge will apply for Santa’s assistant)
As an added Bonus for large multi-hour events, we can provide, a Santa Chair, Photo Backdrop, and even Santa’s Mailbox for children to mail their letters.
Have a helper, someone assigned to control the line and crowd.
Depending on how long the visit is, Santa will need hourly breaks. Probably 10 minutes after every 1 hour sitting. Please predetermine a quiet place where Santa can change out of his heavy coat, possibly some cool water and a restroom away from the public.

SANTA CLAUS
When Santa Randy Harbin was very young his love of Christmas and giving was amazingly clear. During the holiday season, he enjoyed Christmas shopping going to the parade and visiting family. He began to dream of someday performing in the parade and being a big part of Christmas. By Middle School, Randy began to perform as a clown and later went on to Clown School.
In 2006 Randy was asked to take his performance to a new level and portray Santa. From the first time, Randy put on the beard and the suit he knew that he was called to be a Claus. Since that day Randy has been Santa Claus professionally for Corporate Functions, Community Events, Home Parties, Parades, Tree Lightings, and much more! For the last 17 years, he has become one of the most requested Claus’ in Kansas City. Now for his 18th season he is bringing his love of Christmas right here to the 4 States. It is never too early to book, Santa Randy is typically sold out around Halloween.

Influences and inspiration
All of the Santa's that have come before me. I am a student of the Santa Claus Conservatory, and a recent graduate of the worlds oldest Santa Claus School, CW Howard Santa School in Midland Michigan.
I am also a member of IBRBS and FORBS.
My number 1 influence was and is my uncle, when we we're children he portrayed Santa and made sure single moms and children had Christmas. He truly was a Saint
