We're a licensed and registered quartet of the Barbershop Harmony Society, a 20,000+ member worldwide organization. We stand by their high ideals and standards of entertainment and are proud to participate in the popular and evolving art form known as a-cappella singing.
We have a repertoire of 60+ songs, all committed to 4-part memory, and have the flexibility to provide strolling or informal singing as well as stage shows. We have performed at business open houses, private birthday and Christmas parties, care homes, on multi-act shows, picnics, reunions, and more. 3Rivers4 has been entertaining a wide variety of clients since early 2008. They enjoy singing in the barbershop (a cappella) style but like to bring that style into pop ballads, comedy numbers and a wide variety of recognizable songs. They create many of their own arrangements and enjoy making people happy.
The guys are all married, all with kids and grandkids, and all live in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. Tenor Frank Rodenbaugh, a retired schoolteacher, loves golfing, weekending at their lake cabin, and refereeing school track events. Lead Mark Loveland owns and operates Heavenly Cuisine Custom Catering. Baritone Bob Merante is also an entrepreneur with his own safety consulting/training business. Bass Glenn Schilberg, retired engineering systems manager for Bayer Corp., now enjoys travel and all things musical.
