For the 360° video booth, you'll need a clear, open footprint of approximately 10 x 10 feet to allow guests to move freely on the platform while the arm rotates around them — plus a small buffer zone to ensure the safety of surrounding guests. The custom retro DSLR booth requires a similar footprint, typically 8 x 10 feet, to comfortably accommodate the booth structure, a backdrop, and guests posing for their shots. Both setups require access to at least one standard 110V electrical outlet within 10 feet of the setup area — no special power requirements needed. Good lighting is always a bonus, but both booths come equipped to handle a variety of lighting conditions, indoors or out. A flat, stable surface is essential, as uneven floors or outdoor terrain can affect both safety and image quality. I also ask for a 30 to 45 minute window before your event begins for setup and testing, and a similar window at the end for breakdown.
